Setting up a Wallet at Velas.com

Velas Chain Network Wallet

Creating a Velas Chain wallet is fast and secure, start by clicking on the correct wallet setup for either your pc or mac.

Create and it will give you a seed phrase that is 12-24 consecutive words, do not lose this seed phrase you will need to secure and access your wallet in case your locked out of it. Once verified, you will be brought to the wallet exchange.

You will need to add bsc chain network tokens to wallet by hitting pen icon on top next to search.

Add these two Bsc Network tokens to your wallet list.

Once your Velas.com Wallet has been set up, your ready to buy Vlx native tokens (BEP20) to swap to Vlx chain network tokens(ERC21).

After buying Vlx token (BEP20) you will send that token form Meta mask to Velas.com wallet. Make sure you select correct native token in your velas.com wallet. As for this example Vlx BEP20 will be used.

Also send some BNB for the swap. Bnb gas fees to swap are not expensive, but may depend on the amount your swapping.

Once you have your tokens in your Velas.com wallet you are ready to swap. Select Vlx native token and click swap.

Make sure when choosing Network set to Velas EVM (VLX) to swap to the correct chain.

Transaction is very fast and click refresh on the main wallet. Your Bsc Vlx BEP20 now becomes a ERC21 Vlx Native EVM Network chain token Now your ready to send them to your Meta mask, and in a few moments you will be staking soon.

Set you Meta Mask to Velas Chain network, and send your Vlx tokens directly out of Velas.com wallet.
