\-          10 per block for 4 hours, next 4hrs 5 per block, next 4hrs 2.5 per block, next 4hrs 1 per block, next 4hrs 0.1 per block for 10days from start.

\-          Then minting increases at 5 for 2 4hr blocks, then the minting goes to 0.01 until the 30th day.
